These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 35jl platform, including all gaming services, payment systems, promotions, and account management features. By creating a 35jl account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. To register for and use the 35jl platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 35jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. 35jl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information current.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 35jl will never request your password through any communication channel.
4.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 35jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our live chat support. 35jl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have failed to report unauthorized access without unreasonable delay.
4.5 KYC Compliance. 35jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to provide all documentation requested within the timeframes specified. Withdrawal requests above threshold amounts will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 35jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is published on the 35jl payments page.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos Twenty). There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above a certain threshold may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering law.
5.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 35jl account are from legitimate sources and are legally yours to use for gambling purposes. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds derived from illegal activity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the 35jl platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the User.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Only the verified account holder may request a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.2 Processing Times. 35jl aims to process standard withdrawal requests within the same business day for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are subject to KYC verification status and daily operational capacity.
6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds only — your real money balance will not be affected.
6.4 Right to Withhold. 35jl reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or verification of compliance with these Terms. 35jl will notify the affected User of any such hold and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 35jl platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 One Account Per Promotion. Promotional offers are available once per household, IP address, device, or mobile number unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account termination.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the specified validity period will automatically expire. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
7.5 35jl Right of Withdrawal. 35jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to a User's account before modification will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
8.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the 35jl platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live physical dealing processes conducted at licensed studios under independent oversight. 35jl does not manipulate, interfere with, or influence game outcomes.
8.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that results in an incorrect display, payout, or game result, 35jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the User. No claim for winnings arising from a clearly incorrect payout caused by a technical error shall be enforceable.
8.3 Bet Confirmation. A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and acknowledged by the 35jl system. Bets placed during system instability, network interruption, or at a time when the game's betting window is closed are void and will be refunded.
8.4 Game Rules. Each game available on the 35jl platform is governed by specific rules accessible from within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
10.1 Player Protection Commitment. 35jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its players. The platform provides voluntary tools enabling Users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion programs.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict their access to the 35jl platform for a defined or indefinite period may activate self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be blocked from deposits and gameplay. 35jl will not market to self-excluded Users during the exclusion period.
10.3 Mandatory Age Restriction. 35jl enforces the 21+ age restriction mandated by Philippine law without exception. If 35jl reasonably suspects that a User may be under 21 years of age, access to the platform will be suspended immediately pending identity verification.

All content on the 35jl platform — including but not limited to the 35jl name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, audio, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 35jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 35jl platform without express prior written permission.
12.1 Platform Availability. 35jl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers. 35jl will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.
12.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 35jl's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. In no event shall 35jl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from gambling outcomes, regardless of whether 35jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.
12.4 User Responsibility. Users play at their own risk. 35jl does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game and makes no representation as to the likelihood of winning. Past game performance does not indicate or guarantee future results.
13.1 By 35jl. 35jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) actual or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) actual or suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement instruction; or (e) any other circumstance that 35jl, in its reasonable judgment, deems to warrant account action.
13.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or material breach, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the User via the most recently used withdrawal method after all applicable verification and compliance checks are complete.
13.3 By the User. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 35jl support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Oversight. The 35jl platform operates under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate such complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the 35jl platform shall first be submitted to 35jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or seek redress through the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
14.4 Jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement, to the extent that court proceedings are applicable.
35jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 35jl will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice on the 35jl website homepage or platform login screen, an in-platform notification, or an SMS message to your registered mobile number.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is published at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 35jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
